This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Take charge of the comprehensive growth strategy across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging channels.

• Design, implement, and enhance paid advertising campaigns aimed at achieving profitable growth.

• Consistently enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while responsibly increasing advertising expenditure.

• Create and execute a highly effective content strategy across various social media platforms.

• Improve the Shopify website to boost conversion rates and enhance customer experience.

• Monitor essential marketing KPIs, including ROAS, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and revenue growth.

• Over 4 years of experience in leading growth or performance marketing projects.

• Demonstrated success in scaling ecommerce or consumer brands.

• Extensive knowledge in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.

• Proven experience in producing high-performing short-form video content.

• In-depth understanding of Shopify and techniques for optimizing ecommerce conversions.

• Strong analytical skills with a capacity for making data-driven decisions.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar to enhance marketing workflows.
