This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create a comprehensive e-commerce strategy and concept from the ground up – tailored for the current product and a scalable product roadmap.
• Identify customer journeys along with their associated challenges and benefits, as well as the targeting and messaging strategies.
• Develop the shop landscape: choose and design the suitable shop system, assortment, and product logic.
• Establish marketing frameworks through performance marketing (develop channels and define campaign logic).
• Formulate a content marketing strategy that includes an editorial calendar – set up channels and manage them on an ongoing basis.
• Develop a target audience strategy aimed at gastronomy professionals, focusing on channels, messaging, and customer journey.
• Several years of experience in roles as an e-commerce consultant or strategic lead – preferably with greenfield or 0-to-1 experience rather than solely optimizing existing shops.
• Knowledge of shop systems, including their selection and architecture.
• A proven history of establishing e-commerce business models (DTC).
• Strong consulting abilities, storytelling skills in corporate and B2B contexts, along with effective stakeholder management.
• Robust expertise in performance and content marketing across various channels.
• Experience in setting up and executing cross-channel marketing strategies in B2B e-commerce environments.
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually, paired with practical implementation skills.
• Experience in B2B or the gastronomy/foodservice sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possibility of remote work.
