Regional Growth Manager – Commercial Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive and support both new and ongoing business opportunities within the Power Delivery Solutions, Technology, and Digital Transformation Solutions divisions.

• Develop, manage, and implement multiple client pursuit and capture strategies within a diverse, multi-disciplined organization.

• Create, execute, and sustain a commercially viable, time-phased sales funnel that meets Business Area and Sector goals.

• Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing positive margin growth and sharing benefits with current clients.

• Assemble and lead a team of growth professionals.

• Travel as necessary, up to 50–75% of the time, to accomplish objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• At least twelve (12) years of progressive experience in client and asset development along with relationship management activities.

• A proven history of meeting and surpassing assigned metrics.

• Demonstrated ability to develop new and innovative strategies for markets and challenges.

• Capacity to gather “ground truth” data and design as well as implement effective strategies in a dynamic environment.

• Strong understanding of strategic issues faced by investor-owned utilities amid CapEx and OpEx funding limitations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50–75% of the time, or as necessary to meet objectives.

• Ability to succeed and lead effectively amidst competing priorities.

• Must reside solely in the U.S.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, or business, or an MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.

• Current Professional Engineer (PE) registration is a plus.

• Existing security clearance is a plus.
