Regional Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Propel user growth and reactivation through localized growth initiatives and experiments;

• Initiate and enhance acquisition and activation campaigns informed by data and business objectives;

• Discover growth possibilities through A/B testing, product experiments, and ongoing optimization;

• Track essential growth metrics, assess performance, and convert insights into actionable strategies;

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to implement growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a related field (preferably in crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile applications);

• Established experience in managing end-to-end growth campaigns with demonstrable business impact;

• Strong analytical capabilities and confidence in utilizing data for decision-making;

• An ownership mindset with the capacity to operate independently in a dynamic environment;

• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign enhancement;

• Native Ukrainian proficiency, along with strong English and Russian communication skills;

• Enthusiasm for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies.
