Regional Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Propel user growth and reactivation through localized growth strategies and experimental initiatives;

• Initiate and enhance acquisition and activation campaigns driven by data and business objectives;

• Discover growth potential through A/B testing, product experimentation, and ongoing optimization;

• Track essential growth metrics, assess performance, and convert insights into actionable strategies;

• Collaborate across departments with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to implement growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a comparable role (preferably in crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile applications);

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end growth campaigns that yield measurable business results;

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to confidently utilize data for decision-making;

• An ownership mindset with the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment;

• Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization;

• Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills;

• Enthusiasm for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies.
