This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Take charge of Starlink's strategy and execution for consumer subscriber growth in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana.
• Act as the local market representative for Starlink, responsible for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance metrics.
• Implement business development strategies to enhance Starlink's consumer footprint across the region.
• Identify, assess, and develop new channels for customer acquisition.
• Oversee deal execution from the identification of opportunities to the establishment of commercial agreements and partner launches.
• Represent Starlink in external engagements with potential commercial partners and community stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives focused on local marketing and brand awareness.
• Strengthen Starlink's brand visibility and presence throughout the region.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers and partners to inform product offerings.
• Monitor and report on the performance of subscriber acquisitions and partner effectiveness.
• Collaborate with teams across sales, product development, marketing, operations, engineering, and finance.
• Design and execute pilot programs and growth experiments to discover high-impact acquisition channels.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Deep understanding of consumer purchasing behavior in the region, especially in rural areas.
• Background in consumer technology, telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or subscription-based services.
• Strong execution focus with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Proven experience in building and scaling local or regional partnerships and distribution networks.
• Experience managing local marketing, field marketing, or community growth initiatives.
• Prior experience in launching and scaling products within the region.
• Track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish, resulting in measurable growth.
• Self-motivated with a history of execution and ownership.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.
