This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Take charge of the daily execution and enhancement of paid media strategies for a subscription ecommerce business that is expanding its growth marketing operations.
β’ Assume complete responsibility for the Meta Ads account: reorganize campaigns, consolidate to Campaign Budget Optimization (CBO), refine audience targeting, rectify exclusion lists, and create a sustainable account structure.
β’ Implement a systematic creative testing framework with established pass/watch/kill criteria and documented outcomes.
β’ Monitor and enhance performance towards blended Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets (current minimum: 2.0x, desired: 2.5x) while increasing expenditure.
β’ Generate weekly performance reports for the channel that include spend, ROAS, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and breakdowns of creative performance. Reports should provide analysis, not just data.
β’ Oversee audience exclusions, customer match lists, and lookalike audience creation. Actively maintain the freshness of lists instead of waiting to be prompted.
β’ Collaborate with the creative team and external agencies regarding asset requirements, supplying performance data to guide future productions.
β’ Proactively identify performance anomalies, budget pacing concerns, tracking inconsistencies, and attribution challenges.
β’ Investigate post-click conversion issues by linking ad platform data to landing page and checkout performance.
β’ Uphold campaign naming conventions and organizational standards across all accounts.
β’ At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads with a weekly spend of $10K or more.
β’ Proven understanding of the CBO structure, campaign consolidation, and audience segmentation on the Meta platform.
β’ Experience in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI).
β’ Familiarity with attribution models and the ability to articulate why the reported ROAS from the platform differs from the blended ROAS.
β’ Background in managing creative testing at scale (3+ new assets weekly) using a structured kill methodology.
β’ History of taking over underperforming or disorganized accounts and successfully turning them around.
β’ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance analysis.
β’ Excellent written communication skills in English for effective reporting and coordination across teams.
