Regional & Functional Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective and scalable communication across Vialto’s various regions and functions.

• Collaborate with regional and functional stakeholders to ensure communications align with enterprise priorities.

• Offer guidance and support for initiatives that span multiple functions.

• Assist stakeholders in adopting uniform communication strategies that adhere to enterprise standards and operational methods.

• Promote effective communication by advising stakeholders on messaging, structure, and appropriate channel selection.

• Aid in the organized rollout of communications across different regions and functions.

• Oversee and contribute to the ongoing development of content for key enterprise channels.

• Create, maintain, and enhance communication templates, toolkits, and playbooks.

• Monitor metrics and reporting related to channel performance and the effectiveness of enablement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a similar field (or equivalent professional experience).

• Over 6 years of experience in internal, corporate, or enterprise communications, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to shape communications, offering guidance and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

• Proven experience in creating communication templates, guidance, or enablement materials.

• Experience in supporting scalable communication strategies, including the development of repeatable processes, templates, or frameworks.

• Background in managing ongoing content for internal channels such as intranet sites or employee newsletters.

• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or developing processes.

• Experience utilizing communication metrics or feedback to enhance content, channels, or stakeholder guidance.
