This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Implement a strategic communications framework for the SVP of Americas Service Provider to enhance business objectives and achieve customer results.
• Develop messaging that educates sellers, captivates customers, and establishes the executive as a thought leader.
• Create platforms for thought leadership, including messaging, keynotes, presentations, and various strategic and organizational communications outputs.
• Generate communications targeted at both external and internal stakeholders.
• Design and provide scalable communications, content, tools, and information to empower sellers.
• Establish and oversee communication channels for efficient dissemination to sellers.
• Collect feedback and distill insights that enhance executive performance.
• Collaborate with Americas and Global Sales Communications teams, business leaders, and essential functions to synchronize messaging.
• Formulate and oversee the social media strategy.
• Work in partnership with sales leaders, managers, executives, and partners throughout the organization.
• Deliver communications with unwavering excellence and precision.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related area.
• More than 5 years of experience in internal/external communications across various fields, including organizational communications, executive communications, and public relations.
• Proven experience supporting VP+ level executives.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 10–20% of the time.
• Experience in a communications role supporting sales leadership is highly preferred.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with complex, matrixed stakeholders.
• Knowledge of various communications disciplines.
• Strong understanding of the business landscape and global affairs.
• Experience advising or collaborating directly with senior executives.
• Capacity to partner globally across diverse groups and organizations.
