This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and lead the Corporate Communication department, encompassing service models, processes, methodologies, and performance indicators.

• Conduct communication assessments for clients and translate findings into strategic initiatives.

• Create authority strategies for executives and brands, including positioning, corporate messaging, and agenda setting.

• Facilitate strategic meetings and deliver quarterly results presentations to clients.

• Plan and manage brand crisis situations.

• Establish a measurement framework and executive dashboard for PR indicators.

• Recruit, develop, and lead the team, defining team structure and overseeing hiring processes.

• Align communication strategies with publishing and media relations efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields is preferred.

• Experience in corporate communication agencies, press advisory, or PR, including account management and planning.

• Background in building authority for executives and brands, as well as managing reputation crises.

• Proficiency in creating and developing agendas.

• Experience in operational structuring: processes, roles, SLAs, service methodologies, and team formation.

• Strong understanding of PR metrics: reach, share of voice, sentiment, earned media, competitive analysis, dashboards, and reputation indicators.

• A profile that connects strategy and execution, with the autonomy to operate in a building environment.

• Experience with SaaS models or recurring services is desirable.

• Knowledge of automation and generative AI applied to communication is a plus.

• Experience with digital transformation and technology-based communication products is advantageous.
