This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Implement a strategic communications plan for the Senior Vice President of Americas Service Provider to promote business objectives and achieve customer outcomes.
• Craft messaging that educates sellers, engages customers, and establishes the executive as a thought leader.
• Develop the executive’s thought leadership platform, along with messaging, keynotes, presentations, and strategic organizational communication materials.
• Create and deliver scalable communications that provide sellers with vital content, tools, and insights.
• Establish and manage communication channels for effective delivery to sellers.
• Collect feedback and distill learnings into insights that enable the executive to motivate sellers.
• Collaborate with Americas and Global Sales Communications teams, business leaders, and key functions to ensure messaging alignment.
• Formulate and oversee social media strategy.
• Provide counsel and work directly with senior executives and sales leadership.
• Foster relationships with sales leaders, managers, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Execute communications with a commitment to excellence and accuracy.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of internal/external communications experience across diverse areas, including organizational communications, executive communications, and public relations.
• Experience supporting executives at the VP level and above.
• Willingness to travel 10–20%, both domestically and internationally.
• Experience in a communications capacity supporting sales leadership is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build robust relationships with complex, matrixed stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of various communications disciplines.
• Strong awareness of business and broader global affairs.
• Experience advising or directly collaborating with senior executives.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Capability to collaborate globally across diverse constituents and organizations.
• Ability to work proactively and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
