Regional Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement sales training initiatives specifically designed for field sales representatives.

• Conduct field visits and provide coaching to field sales staff.

• Develop a platform to facilitate continuous peer-to-peer knowledge exchange.

• Aid in the strategic execution of marketing and sales initiatives within your region.

• Work in collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to ensure effective training delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 8-12 years of relevant experience.

• At this level, a graduate degree may be preferred, accompanied by 4 years of pertinent experience.
