Regional Field Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in the training and development of high-performing sales teams focused on healthcare professionals (HCP).

• Create and implement sales training programs customized to the requirements of field sales representatives.

• Conduct field rides and provide coaching to sales personnel in collaboration with district managers.

• Develop a platform for continuous peer-to-peer knowledge sharing and cooperation among sales teams.

• Aid in large-scale training initiatives in partnership with corporate sales training partners as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree along with 8-12 years of relevant experience.

• At this level, a graduate degree may be preferred alongside 4 years of relevant experience.

• Capability to coach and enhance the skills of new hires, existing sales teams, and leadership groups to boost performance.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging and motivating diverse audiences.

• Openness to a flexible schedule that may involve evening work and overnight travel.
