This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Collaborate with the Regional Managing Director and regional team to develop and implement the educational strategy for the region.
• Analyze data to pinpoint trends in educational performance among schools, setting clear objectives and timelines for improvement.
• Assist school leaders with strategic planning and thorough self-assessment.
• Provide strategic oversight for all school improvement initiatives within the region, including quality assurance processes in accordance with the NAE framework.
• Ensure comprehensive and appropriate delivery of the curricula in schools, promoting strong academic outcomes across all programs.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of school improvement efforts, sharing insights and best practices throughout the network.
• Aid schools in establishing effective systems for collecting, analyzing, and acting on student performance data.
• Support and influence the Professional Learning Strategy to address critical regional issues and enhance staff capacity.
• Contribute to the development of NAE programs, regional conferences, and leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee the educational due diligence process for potential new schools in the region.
• Facilitate the integration of new schools into Nord Anglia, encompassing NAE systems, processes, and programs.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in education, demonstrating a strong record of school improvement across multiple institutions or networks.
• In-depth understanding of the K-12 education landscape and the ability to engage effectively with school leaders regarding curriculum, assessment, and outcomes.
• Experience working with or within international schools, recognizing the challenges and opportunities they present.
• Proficient in using data and evidence to inform decision-making and assess impact.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading or contributing to quality assurance processes across a group of schools.
