This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• The Regional Director of Visual Merchandise plays a pivotal role in enhancing and implementing the brand’s visual merchandising strategy across a network of stores in a designated region.
• Ensure that all visual standards, corporate initiatives, and brand narratives are consistently executed to the highest quality.
• Collaborate across functions to drive sales, improve the client experience, and bring the brand to life through impactful visual execution.
• Direct the visual approach that fosters business growth while upholding luxury brand standards.
• Serve as the brand ambassador for a specific group of stores, guaranteeing consistency in visual standards and storytelling.
• Work closely with the corporate Visual team, Regional SVP, and various cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with Store Planning, Merchandising, Regional Operations, and Store Leadership to align on business priorities and execution strategies.
• Ensure that all visual directives are executed with accuracy, timeliness, and brand integrity.
• Offer in-store coaching and feedback to nurture visual talent and raise execution standards.
• Identify and cultivate high-potential talent, aiding in succession planning and internal mobility.
• Oversee and prioritize tasks across multiple locations, balancing strategic initiatives with daily execution demands.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess budget requirements for windows, interiors, seasonal campaigns, and events.
• Implement visual strategies that enhance sales performance, client experience, and product storytelling.
• Act as a conduit between stores and corporate partners to ensure alignment on floor moves and merchandising strategies.
• Engage in regional and corporate calls, providing insights and recommendations based on store performance.
• Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as required.
• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, ideally within luxury, department store, or high-volume retail settings.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-store or high-volume retail operations.
• Strong grasp of visual merchandising at scale, including standardization, processes, and execution.
• Background in fashion, styling, interiors, or visual display production.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through influence and collaboration across functions.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize across a large fleet of stores.
• Proficient in interpreting sales data and converting insights into actionable visual strategies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment.
