This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with U.S. and Global Sales leadership to formulate strategies for global revenue planning and achievement.
• Manage high-performing teams that demonstrate success across the entire region.
• Create territory and pricing strategies.
• Engage with field sales representatives through hiring, training, planning, coaching, and directing their efforts to meet annual sales targets.
• Ensure proficiency in selling and account management among sales teams by consistently following up on planned sales and development objectives to meet personal, regional, and corporate goals.
• Provide coaching to enhance and develop sales representatives, creating action plans to improve performance as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing to gather and analyze market data and trends, offering insights into the competitive landscape and emerging threats and opportunities impacting the business.
• Propel new product sales and serve as a field resource for the Marketing Department during product development, new product launches, and evaluations.
• Partner with Commercial Operations for local, regional, or national contracts to expand sales opportunities.
• Suggest pricing strategies and inform sales representatives of pricing guidelines while ensuring compliance with corporate margin mandates.
• Participate in required national trade shows and represent the company at local trade shows within the region as appropriate.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Department as necessary.
• Selectively nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key facilities.
• Advocate for the execution of existing educational programs in the region and assess their effectiveness.
• Establish relationships with clinical members of the Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and other clinical decision-makers.
• Oversee and monitor the regional sales expense budget.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of expense-to-budget performance.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in medical device sales.
• At least three (3) years of leadership experience in medical device sales.
• Experience in a medical device startup with a proven track record of success.
• Expertise in SCS, Pain Management, Orthopedics, Spine, or O.R. markets.
• Demonstrated goal-setting and implementation skills with a clear record of achievements in both personal and professional endeavors.
• This position necessitates over 60% travel.
