This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.
β’ Recruit and onboard Account Executives in your designated area.
β’ Drive pipeline development and acquire new clients.
β’ Engage in critical deals and assist in securing their closure.
β’ Define operational strategies for the region to achieve success.
β’ Collaborate across functions to accelerate growth.
β’ Proven history of closing large, intricate enterprise deals (recent experience necessary).
β’ Experience in cybersecurity is essential; a background in identity security is a significant advantage.
β’ Proficient in selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level).
β’ Over 5 years of experience in sales management.
β’ Skilled in managing and developing Account Executives within enterprise settings.
β’ Strong, hands-on leadership approach, adept at coaching deals and driving team execution.
