This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Drive Regional Growth: Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate demand alongside the team with leading agencies and direct clients throughout the region.

• Own the Numbers: Take full responsibility for meeting and surpassing revenue and profitability goals.

• Cultivate Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners across Indonesia and the region to ensure Eskimi achieves optimal market representation.

• Lead by Example: Oversee and empower the regional sales team, while inspiring internal teams by consistently embodying Eskimi’s leadership principles: honesty & care, performance & results, accountability, and growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success in digital advertising and digital sales, with a proven record of closing deals and achieving targets.

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership.

• Network: A robust and established network of contacts within advertising agencies and major brands is essential.

• Expertise: In-depth understanding of the digital media landscape and proficiency in navigating it.

• Customer-Centric Approach: A strong passion for grasping client needs and developing solutions that provide exceptional value.

• Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Language Fluency: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
