• Recruit, mentor, and assist agents in selling Medicare plans to consumers.
• Address inquiries and support agents through Medicare sales scenarios.
• Advocate for Berwick benefits to agents and agency partners.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with local carrier representatives.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales objectives and enhance company growth.
• Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
• High school diploma.
• Valid health insurance license or the capability to obtain one.
• Demonstrated experience in sales, training, and management.
• Strong integrity and a competitive team player attitude.
• Assertive, goal-oriented, positive, and self-driven.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Quick adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Professional demeanor and accountability.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overtime if necessary.
• Experience in Medicare sales (preferred).
• Background in insurance management (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Proven track record of closing sales effectively (preferred).
• College degree (preferred).
• Competitive base salary.
• Monthly bonus equivalent to 25% of net revenue generated from the sales of agents and agencies recruited by the Director.
