This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee a team of account executives, each tasked with managing a specific geographical territory as defined by Wiz.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their benefits to our clients.
• Create and implement a thorough sales strategy that aligns with the goals and objectives of the company.
• Discover new business opportunities and forge relationships with potential clients to broaden the customer base.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and solutions engineering teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
• Evaluate sales data and metrics to assess performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Establish performance targets for the sales team and provide continuous coaching and feedback to promote both individual and team success.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers to guarantee long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales, utilizing this knowledge to shape sales strategies and tactics.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on sales performance to executive leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading a team of enterprise account executives.
• At least 4 years of sales experience in complex cloud or security solutions.
• A proven history of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and metrics to guide strategy and identify improvement areas.
• Familiarity with sales and marketing best practices and industry trends.
