This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead, motivate, and cultivate a high-performing Sales Engineering team throughout Central Europe, ensuring operational excellence and the development of talent.
• Collaborate with the Western Europe leadership team to establish and implement strategic goals that foster business growth and enhance customer success.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to key customers and partners at the C-level, influencing their cybersecurity vision and long-term technological roadmap.
• Ensure that all Sales Engineers are fully equipped, knowledgeable about emerging technologies, and providing exceptional value to both customers and partners.
• Track and drive essential KPIs, guaranteeing consistent performance aligned with corporate objectives.
• Represent Check Point as a spokesperson and thought leader in executive forums, industry events, and market engagements.
• Promote innovation to improve pre-sales efficiency, customer interaction, and solution delivery.
• Stay ahead of market trends and collaborate across business units to shape strategic direction and product development.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT, particularly in senior leadership roles within pre-sales or technical sales.
• Demonstrated executive leadership experience in managing and developing Sales Engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity market, enterprise customer environments, and current technology trends.
• An analytical and strategic thinker with a results-oriented and action-driven approach.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and presentation skills at the executive level.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com or comparable CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A proactive, creative problem solver who excels in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
