This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Formulate and implement the commercial strategy for the EMEA region, encompassing market prioritization, territory planning, channel strategies, and resource distribution.
• Take ownership of bookings, pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth across the EMEA area.
• Collaborate with the Channel Manager to enhance distributor performance throughout EMEA.
• Assess, develop, and hold distributors accountable for their revenue performance, pipeline development, and market coverage.
• Train, develop, and support distributor teams to enhance product knowledge, pipeline generation, and revenue performance.
• Recruit, train, and oversee Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists as the EMEA organization expands.
• Oversee direct sales activities in markets without distributor partnerships.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic reference sites, and prominent academic institutions across EMEA.
• Elevate Radformation’s brand visibility and market presence through strategic marketing initiatives, customer advocacy programs, conference participation, and distributor support.
• Create and implement organizational growth strategies for EMEA, including recruitment, training, and identifying regional support needs.
• Work in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs on market clearance and regional expansion initiatives.
• Travel throughout EMEA to assist customers, distributors, attend conferences, and support business development efforts.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in radiation oncology sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or managing sales teams across various EMEA countries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing both direct sales and distributor-led sales models across multiple nations.
• Experience leading remote teams across different countries and cultures.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes and distributor-led sales channels.
• Experience selling to national health systems, academic medical centers, or large healthcare networks.
• Proven track record in developing accurate forecasts and managing pipeline performance.
• Proficiency in CRM software and analytics; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Willingness to travel throughout EMEA approximately 40–60% of the time.
