This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Execute strategic, outbound, and proactive sales initiatives for a portfolio of six multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-oriented culture by collaborating with General Managers and Front Desk staff through sharing best practices and peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving ROI for hotel partners while reaching revenue milestones within an expedited sales cycle of six months.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from existing accounts through deliberate and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams for each of your assigned hotels to report on progress.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by collaborating closely with your assigned POD (team) to drive revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction by acting as a seamless extension of the hotel, representing your clients with professionalism and integrity.
• Willingness to travel for bimonthly in-market visits to enhance and strengthen client relationships with Hotel Owners, General Managers, and teams, thereby expanding sales targets and increasing revenue.
• A minimum of three consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in the business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• Two years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of hotel systems, the RFP process, and brand tools.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, ensuring that prospecting efforts result in actualized revenue.
• Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Capacity to build and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General knowledge of hotel operations.
• Proven experience utilizing a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and maintain accountability for daily activities and follow-ups to track progress within your sales cycle.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
