This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Deliver strategic, outbound, and proactive sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.
• Foster a sales-focused environment in collaboration with General Managers and Front Desk personnel.
• Responsible for driving return on investment for hotel partners.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM.
• Support the Dynamic Sales Solution model by closely collaborating with your assigned team.
• Craft exceptional client experiences while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales position is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of hotel systems, the RFP process, and brand tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Capacity to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members.
• General knowledge of hotel operations.
• Proven experience utilizing a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline.
• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) to effectively manage your portfolio of hotels.
