This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels, while cultivating a sales-oriented culture among General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing best practices and engaging in peer-to-peer coaching.
• Responsible for driving return on investment (ROI) for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.
• Activate new accounts within the local market and enhance market share from existing clients through deliberate and strategic prospecting efforts.
• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with each designated hotel to communicate progress.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with your assigned POD (team) to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model, driving revenue across our hotel portfolio.
• Create exceptional client experiences, manage expectations, and uphold high levels of client satisfaction by representing the hotel with professionalism and integrity as a seamless extension of their services.
• Willingness to travel for in-market visits to enhance and strengthen client relationships.
• Minimum of 3 consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments; experience in multi-property sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, expand market share, and achieve revenue objectives.
• Strong understanding of hotel sales strategies, the RFP process, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations.
• Experience in establishing trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and significant local accounts.
• Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the capability to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on a computer and engage in virtual meetings for extended periods.
• Must reside in the United States and be available to travel for client meetings approximately 2-4 times a year.
