This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic, proactive, and outbound sales for a portfolio consisting of 6 multi-branded hotels.

• Foster a sales-driven culture alongside General Managers and Front Desk personnel by sharing best practices and providing peer coaching.

• Responsible for driving ROI for hotel partners while meeting revenue targets within a condensed sales cycle of 6 months.

• Activate new accounts in the local market and enhance market share from existing clients through targeted and strategic prospecting.

• Conduct bi-weekly sales strategy presentations via MS Teams with each of your assigned hotels to report on progress.

• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and expedite the sales cycle.

• Create exceptional client experiences, manage client expectations effectively, and uphold a high level of client satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• Hotel Industry Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 consecutive years in hotel guestroom sales focused on business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel.

• Preferred: 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role.

• Strong knowledge of hotel systems, the RFP process, and brand tools.

• Demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members.

• General knowledge of hotel operations.

• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline.

• Strong competency in all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

• Capability to work remotely from your home office at a computer for extended durations.
