This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel revenue growth across various markets and branded hotel properties.
• Supervise team performance for a collection of hotels while maintaining an in-market presence to foster client/hotel relationships, as well as a corporate presence for collaboration with shared stakeholders.
• Evaluate STAR reports, pace reports, channel mix, digital analytics, CRM metrics, and RFP performance to pinpoint trends and opportunities for growth.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with senior leadership and quarterly updates with ownership groups.
• Assist property-level teams in crafting account strategies and managing top accounts.
• Actively engage with key clients and accounts to sustain relationships, address issues, and optimize revenue opportunities.
• Mentor, train, and coach on-site sales teams to achieve or surpass objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in hotel sales, with a proven history of achieving revenue targets, typically requiring over 3 years in multi-property sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality sector, segmented and company-specific sales data, franchise resources, and CRM tools.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to inspire teams, offer constructive feedback, and evaluate performance objectively and consistently.
• Highly organized with the skill to handle multiple priorities, track projects, and meet deadlines while ensuring timely follow-up.
• Proven history of effectively managing multi-property portfolios and delivering consistent revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required.
• Travel is necessary to hotels, client locations, and industry events as required.
• Includes overnight travel and varying schedules based on business requirements.
• The role necessitates participation in on-site meetings and events; in-person presence is mandatory for key business activities.
• Consistent attendance and timely engagement in required meetings and travel are crucial.
