📋 Description

• Formulates and implements the US Medical Affairs strategy for Gynecologic malignancies.

• Leads the development and facilitation of training materials for the Oncology Medical Affairs team, ensuring compliance with review systems and acting as the medical approver for these resources.

• Designs, updates, and delivers training sessions both internally and externally in partnership with global scientific training and content teams.

• Organizes, presents at, and directs Advisory Boards and other meetings with US Scientific Leaders.

• Engages in scientific discussions with Scientific Leaders to gather insights on the disease landscape, current data, and evidence gaps.

• Assists in the planning of aligned activities surrounding major oncology congresses.

• Aids the commercial team in Launch Preparation and Post-launch initiatives.

• Acts as a member of the Value Evidence sub-team, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding expectations for Gynecologic Cancer.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to assess needs and plan accordingly.

• Directs strategy and interactions with Patient Advocacy Groups.

• Monitors guidelines and the regulatory landscape within the US region.

• Reviews Investigator Initiated Studies.

• Partners and leads collaboration with external partners involved in the co-development of oncology products.


⛳️ Requirements

• An advanced degree such as MD, PhD, or PharmD.

• A minimum of five years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company in Oncology, with a focus on medical affairs and leading cross-functional matrix teams.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence partners across divisions.

• Demonstrated aptitude for collaboration and conflict resolution.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
