📋 Description

• Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.

• Recruit and onboard Account Executives within your region.

• Drive the generation of pipelines and acquire new logos.

• Engage in critical deals and assist in bringing them to closure.

• Define the operational strategy and success metrics for the region.

• Collaborate across functions to foster growth.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience is essential).

• Required experience in cybersecurity; a background in identity security is a significant advantage.

• Experience in selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level).

• Over 5 years of sales management experience.

• Proven ability to manage and develop Account Executives in enterprise settings.

• Strong, hands-on leadership style, adept at coaching on deals and driving execution within the team.
