This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
β’ Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team.
β’ Recruit and onboard Account Executives within your region.
β’ Drive the generation of pipelines and acquire new logos.
β’ Engage in critical deals and assist in bringing them to closure.
β’ Define the operational strategy and success metrics for the region.
β’ Collaborate across functions to foster growth.
β’ Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience is essential).
β’ Required experience in cybersecurity; a background in identity security is a significant advantage.
β’ Experience in selling to enterprise security buyers (CISO-level).
β’ Over 5 years of sales management experience.
β’ Proven ability to manage and develop Account Executives in enterprise settings.
β’ Strong, hands-on leadership style, adept at coaching on deals and driving execution within the team.
