This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +2 more states.
• Surpasses quarterly bookings and revenue goals by implementing and executing successful sales strategies to achieve optimal results.
• Attains the designated Business Unit sales budget by concentrating on replacing PACS, promoting Synapse Information sales within the existing customer base, and offering Enterprise solutions while prioritizing the needs of radiologists and cardiologists.
• Collaborates across HCUS product and service teams with a focus on solution selling into the existing customer base, new accounts, and ensuring an emphasis on expanding our portfolio placements in all opportunities.
• Cultivates strong business partnerships with the Medical Informatics Marketing team, Solutions Delivery and Support Department, Modality Solutions Sales team, and Service Management to enhance capabilities in driving results and fulfilling HCUS's overall objectives.
• Adheres to and comprehends all Medical Informatics product messaging to implement effective sales strategies and achieve market share growth, thus meeting and exceeding booking and revenue goals.
• Maintains an active and comprehensive pipeline of qualified medical informatics opportunities, both new and within all MI portfolios and the existing customer base.
• Directs the sales process for qualified Medical Informatics opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
• Manages all aspects of the sales process.
• BA/BS/MA, with over 5 years of progressive experience in Medical Informatics Sales within a Healthcare / Medical Imaging / IT organization.
• Extensive functional expertise in sales, including experience in establishing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, strategic selling, and developing compelling value proposition strategies.
• Capacity to work across various functions and generate significant business impact.
• Proficient in problem-solving, analysis, and resolution at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Strong customer-centric approach.
• Proven track record of achieving sales performance targets.
• Excellent communication skills—presentation, written, and verbal.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of individuals.
• Demonstrates sound judgment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Experienced in using SalesForce.com.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Capable of anticipating the need for proactive communication and planning at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, which includes fieldwork and time spent at corporate offices.
