This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
β’ Formulate and execute regional strategies that align with the objectives of Novartis and the Precision Health team.
β’ Create and implement field plans that yield quantifiable business outcomes and positively impact customers.
β’ Guide, mentor, and nurture leaders in Health Information Technology.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to synchronize priorities and expedite execution across the portfolio.
β’ Manage Health Information Technology programs, operations, and resources effectively.
β’ Advocate for Electronic Health Record-enabled solutions that improve customer engagement and support therapeutic area goals.
β’ Analyze market trends and customer requirements to shape strategy, foster innovation, and drive future program development.
β’ Establish processes, tools, and operational frameworks that enhance field effectiveness and performance.
β’ Promote compliant and customer-focused practices that adhere to organizational and legal guidelines.
β’ Integrate responsible artificial intelligence and digital technologies into workflows to boost effectiveness and decision-making.
β’ Direct the regional Health Information Technology strategy and digital transformation for Novartisβ Precision Health portfolio.
β’ Bachelor's degree is mandatory; advanced degree is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, health informatics, or technology.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in a field leadership role(s).
β’ Strong grasp of digital health solutions and their implications for patient outcomes.
β’ Proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives that lead to measurable business results.
β’ Established ability to cultivate trusted relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders across various organizational levels.
β’ Experience in utilizing data, digital tools, and artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making and business performance.
β’ Must live within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border.
β’ Willingness to travel 75% across a wide geography, including driving and/or flying within the territory.
β’ A fully valid and unrestricted driver's license is required.
