This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Recruit, hire, and nurture top-tier sales professionals while promoting a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Address customer challenges by leveraging Zscaler's distinctive value proposition.
• Provide precise business forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis while developing plans for each sales representative's growth.
• Work collaboratively with Product Marketing, Product Management, Demand Generation, and other essential teams.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key partners to develop joint strategies, create a sales pipeline, and drive opportunities to a successful close.
• Native or professional proficiency in both German and English.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading successful Enterprise sales teams within the software and security sectors.
• A proven history of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience collaborating with partners such as VARs and distributors.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit high-performing sales talent.
