This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.
• Identify, recruit, and nurture top-tier sales professionals, develop personalized growth strategies for each sales representative, and inspire the sales team to exceed their targets.
• Comprehend and address customer challenges by leveraging Zscaler's distinctive value offerings.
• Take ownership of your business operations by formulating a success strategy and accurately predicting business outcomes on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Serve as the executive advocate for essential partners to formulate collaborative strategies, cultivate a sales pipeline, and drive opportunities to successful closure.
• A minimum of 2 years of comprehensive sales leadership experience in the software or security sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated progressive sales experience in engaging enterprise-level accounts and selling to C-Level executives.
• Residency in or a willingness to commute within Ohio.
