This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team
• Recruit and onboard Account Executives in your region
• Drive pipeline generation and acquire new clients
• Engage in critical deals and assist in closing them
• Define operational strategies for the region to achieve success
• Collaborate across functions to enhance growth
• Proven history of closing large, complex enterprise deals (recent experience required)
• Required experience in cybersecurity; a background in identity security is a significant advantage
• Experience selling to enterprise security decision-makers (CISO-level)
• Over 5 years of sales management experience
• Proven ability to manage and develop Account Executives in enterprise settings
• Strong hands-on leadership style, adept at coaching deals and driving team execution
