Regional Director – Bar Review

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Develops a territory-specific business strategy aimed at enhancing engagement (sales) and achieving set objectives with the Company’s brand and products.

• Supports designated field-related initiatives focused on bar review engagement, which includes conducting focus groups and gathering feedback from students and educational institutions, participating in Company events, school visits, industry conferences, and other external engagements.

• Produces designated content to aid academic and bar success.

• Establishes and sustains direct connections with member schools (especially key influencers and faculty/administrators involved in bar review and academic achievement), students and student organizations, as well as other relevant entities within the assigned region, through regularly scheduled in-person visits, phone conversations, workshops, webinars, emails, and other written communications.

• Acts as a representative of the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other designated events.

• Recruits, trains, and provides support to student ambassadors.

• Offers direct support and mentorship to student users of the bar review program.

• Maintains the contact management system (CMS) records, ensuring updated contact details, event tracking, and campaign participation.

• Keeps up-to-date with the Company’s products and services and their applicability for diverse purposes and audiences.

• Provides analysis and suggestions for new services and products that could be advantageous for member schools and their students, as well as recent alumni.

• Contributes to the development and quality assurance of new products, services, and communications tailored for member schools and their students, including recent alumni.

• Manages social media presence to promote the Company, facilitate lead development and nurturing, and explore other opportunities in partnership with marketing.

• Keeps the National Director informed of any pressing issues.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• J.D. is required; must be licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in education, relationship-building, and/or sales-related roles; experience in a legal education setting is preferred.

• Strong grasp of sales and relationship development.

• Solid understanding of product development and delivery.

• Comprehensive knowledge of brand building.

• In-depth understanding of the bar exam process, including its components and strategies for success.

• Capability to initiate, advocate for, and successfully execute new products.

• Ability to stay informed and understand higher education policies and issues, particularly within law school and professional school contexts.

• Ability to excel in an environment that anticipates change and fosters innovation.

• Exceptional attention to detail along with superior organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent writing, verbal communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.

• Collaborative attitude; capable of giving and receiving feedback to enhance products and services.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including experience with web-based applications, CRM (especially Salesforce), and online collaboration tools.

• Experience leading in-person, phone, and online client meetings and presentations.

• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for legal education and student success.

• Proven exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Ability to work effectively from a home office, on campus, or while traveling.
