• Collaborate with RSC to build and nurture relationships with current or prospective advisors.
• Participate in and deliver presentations at broker-dealer conferences and events.
• Utilize technology efficiently, including Salesforce, Pardot, and Seismic.
• Present strategies both in-person and via webcast and other sales tools.
• Update and manage Salesforce CRM records related to meetings.
• Oversee and maintain the regional budget.
• Travel is required 50-75% of the time.
• Dedication to ongoing education and professional development.
• A bachelor's degree is REQUIRED.
• At least 5 years of experience in investment wholesale.
• A proven sales record established within the industry.
• Extensive industry relationships, ideally within the IBD and RIA sectors.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Salesforce, Pardot, Microsoft Office, and Zoom.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services.
• Series 65 and/or CFP® certification is preferred.
