Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Drive Regional Growth: Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate demand with top-tier agencies and direct clients in collaboration with the team.

• Own the Numbers: Take full responsibility for achieving and surpassing revenue and profitability targets while managing the regional budget.

• Cultivate Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners throughout Eurasia and the region to ensure optimal market representation for Eskimi.

• Lead by Example: Empower and manage the regional sales team, inspiring internal teams by consistently embodying Eskimi’s leadership principles: honesty & care, performance & results, accountability, and growth.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, fully overseeing regional budget operational profit.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Over 10 years of demonstrated success in digital advertising and digital sales, with a proven ability to close deals and meet targets.

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership.

• Network: A robust, established network of contacts within advertising agencies and major brands is essential.

• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape and proficiency in navigating it effectively.

• Customer-Centric Approach: A strong passion for understanding client needs and creating solutions that provide exceptional value.

• Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Language Fluency: Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
