Regional Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Expand the 3i community and facilitate new member acquisition in Singapore.

• Generate introductions from current members, engage in membership discussions, and assist potential members through references and invitations.

• Take ownership of the onboarding process to ensure new members can swiftly access the platform, events, and connections with other members.

• Guarantee that members derive value from relevant deals, events, and introductions.

• Conduct scheduled quarterly discussions with each recruited member.

• Collaborate with the investment team to link members with appropriate deals.

• Determine event themes, curate guest lists, and organize dinners and larger events within the Singapore market.

• Document every conversation in HubSpot and record all calls on Gong.

• Report to the Executive Director for the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing position, preferably with a sales quota.

• Experience dealing with sophisticated buyers is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Comfort in soliciting introductions from members and inviting prospective members to join.

• Openness to coaching and the ability to implement specific and direct feedback.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Inquisitive, attentive, and skilled at asking insightful follow-up questions.

• Must possess credibility with accomplished individuals.

• A strong executive presence is essential.

• Ability to act with urgency and uphold high standards.
