This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead and provide support to Ancora’s ground campuses, including Campus Presidents, Campus DOAs, and their corresponding admissions teams.
• Enhance the effectiveness of admissions teams by demonstrating expertise in training on the Ancora Admissions process.
• Operate proficiently, uphold standardization, and meet benchmarks to ensure quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all company, state, accreditor, and US DOE accreditation regulations, processes, and policies.
• Report directly to the VP of Operations.
• Travel may be required up to 75% of the time within the South Eastern Region, including overnight trips and day travel without overnight stays.
• A degree is preferred; however, a High School Diploma and/or GED is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in effectively managing admissions teams.
• Exceptional people management skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; openness to a flexible work and travel schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in career schools.
• Previous experience in a role as a multi-unit Sales Manager or Director of Admissions is required.
