This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Attract, mentor, and retain a team of high-performing Access & Reimbursement professionals.
• Manage the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and staffing processes for their regional team.
• Foster and sustain a team culture that exemplifies NPC Values and Behaviors, driving innovation, performance, and reputation.
• Implement national strategies at a regional level to ensure exceptional execution.
• Anticipate challenges and guide teams on addressing access barriers affecting key customers and patients.
• Collaborate with NPC leadership and engage with multi-functional teams to bolster regional field success.
• Identify obstacles, escalations, and delays in treatment initiation and continuation; work closely with all matrix team members to resolve these issues.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of NPC policies and requirements, carrying out all responsibilities with integrity and in alignment with company guidelines and policies.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred (preferred majors: Sciences, Business, Pharmacy, and Healthcare).
• At least 8 years of experience in reimbursement, contract strategy, managed care, sales/marketing, or related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a regional or local team while managing and collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Proven experience working with complex practices and/or health systems to establish access and acquisition pathways.
• Strategic account management experience with a proactive approach to foreseeing access challenges impacting accounts and patient access.
• Extensive expertise and experience in integrating manufacturer-sponsored patient support programs.
• Experience with specialty products obtained through specialty pharmacy networks and the buy-and-bill process, including knowledge in acquisition, billing and coding, claims processing, and reimbursement.
• A demonstrated history of building and motivating teams.
• Prior success in executing launch strategies and plans.
• Candidates must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 60 miles from the territory border.
