Regional Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develops, nurtures, and maintains relationships with existing and potential regional corporate and foundation donors to support the regional revenue target of approximately $1.6M.

• Oversee all elements of the moves management process for a segment of the portfolio for which the RDM serves as the primary relationship manager.

• Execute the comprehensive OH development strategy in collaboration with the broader development team.

• Assists in drafting and sustaining the regional revenue pipeline, regularly updating the Senior Regional Director of Development.

• Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline is preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing is desired.

• Familiarity with military families and related programs is preferred.

• Experience in grant writing is preferred.

• Certification as a Fundraising Executive (CFRE) is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

• A valid Driver’s License is required.

• An annual Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be necessary.

• A criminal background check will be conducted.
