This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more states.
• Lead a multi-destination team by guiding and developing Destination Managers responsible for local performance. Establish clear objectives, ensure accountability, and align regional outcomes with company KPIs such as Growth Fulfillment Score (GFS), Great Rides %, and Cost Efficiency.
• Oversee regional performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying trends and root causes of underperformance, and implementing timely corrective actions to safeguard and enhance fulfillment outcomes.
• Ensure operational governance through a disciplined review process, maintaining decision logs and follow-ups. Guarantee that SOPs, playbooks, and configuration standards are accurate, adopted, and uniformly applied across destinations.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable strategies by structuring and validating local insights (including pricing, competitor pay, driver costs, regulations, and community sentiment) to inform central pricing and capacity strategies.
• Foster community engagement by strengthening relationships with drivers through ambassadors, targeted communication, and incentive programs that enhance utilization and satisfaction.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration by representing your region in central discussions, ensuring that field realities inform strategy and that new tools or features are effectively implemented.
• Drive compliance and quality by ensuring that destinations operate within local regulatory frameworks while upholding company quality standards. Proactively identify and escalate any legal or compliance risks.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying and implementing measurable enhancements in process, performance, or community engagement each month.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, marketplace management, mobility, or logistics, preferably in a multi-market or regional leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience — adept at developing managers, driving accountability, and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting data, recognizing patterns, and translating insights into clear operational actions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with the skill to influence central teams and advocate for regional priorities.
• Expertise in operational governance — experienced in setting review cadences, maintaining SOPs, and managing performance processes at scale.
• Understanding of local market dynamics (supply/demand balance, competition, cost structure, regulation) and the capability to convert them into actionable insights.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, data-driven environments where priorities shift rapidly, and impact is continuously measured.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
