This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish the creative vision across owned channels and client projects, encompassing formats, hooks, visual aesthetics, and editing standards.

• Set quality benchmarks for social-first content.

• Oversee client creative initiatives from initial concepts and treatments to final delivery.

• Convert platform performance indicators into weekly creative strategies.

• Create, experiment, and phase out vertical formats, documenting the outcome of each trial.

• Provide briefs and guidance to creators while maintaining their unique voice.

• Develop and expand a network of personality-driven creators.

• Launch AI-enhanced format tests on a monthly basis.

• Establish editing standards in collaboration with the editorial team and assess key cuts.

• Present creative concepts to clients, incorporating platform-specific insights into proposals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in creating and directing social-first content, with a focus on vertical work linked directly to performance metrics.

• A format or series developed that has been emulated by others.

• Proficient understanding of platform dynamics and the ability to analyze performance data.

• Experience in briefing and directing independent creators.

• A personal creator network established or expanded independently.

• Experience in client-facing creative roles.

• In-depth knowledge across the creator ecosystem.

• Regular use of AI tools.

• Capability to work fully remotely while coordinating with teams in the UK and Dubai.

• Openness and ability to travel internationally for shoots.
