This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the creative strategy for the Hims brand across various performance marketing channels.
• Leverage performance data, customer insights, and market trends to create innovative hypotheses, concepts, scripts, and production-ready briefs.
• Craft authentic and approachable creative that motivates men to prioritize their health.
• Set standards for creative strategy and briefing based on customer insights, clear hypotheses, and measurable success metrics.
• Lead a cross-functional creative team comprising editors, producers, and studio personnel.
• Establish feedback mechanisms among Creative, Growth, and Media Buying to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, and Analytics leaders to test, learn, and iterate based on performance data.
• Work alongside Product, Clinical, Legal, and Brand teams to ensure the creative output is accurate and compliant.
• Conduct regular performance reviews highlighting successes, lessons learned, strategic adjustments, and growth opportunities.
• Develop scalable creative frameworks to replicate successful concepts across different products, audiences, and markets.
• Navigate healthcare marketing regulations in collaboration with Legal, Medical, and Marketing teams.
• A robust portfolio showcasing performance creative that has excelled in paid social channels, including the associated data and customer insights.
• Over 8 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or performance creative.
• Proven experience in leading teams and establishing creative functions.
• Extensive expertise in creating content for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance channels.
• In-depth knowledge of platform-specific creative best practices.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to identify actionable trends in ad performance metrics.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary creative teams and collaborating across marketing, design, and product divisions.
• Competence in working with remote or distributed post-production teams.
• A strong ownership mindset with the capacity to make swift decisions based on incomplete information.
• Exceptional business acumen linking creative choices to customer behavior, business outcomes, and long-term brand growth.
• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, weight loss, or other regulated or sensitive sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with establishing in-house creative teams or transitioning work from external agencies is advantageous.
• Experience in adapting and localizing creative for international markets is beneficial.
• Understanding of UGC and creator-driven production models, including remote capture, is a bonus.
