Regional Compliance and Funding Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as our expert on California Regional Centers, DDS, Title 17, the Lanterman Act, vendorization, service codes, funding, SDP, and FMS.

• Assist franchisees in navigating vendorization, compliance obligations, audits, and intricate inquiries related to Regional Centers.

• Develop practical SOPs, templates, documentation standards, and systems for audit preparedness.

• Provide training and guidance to franchisees as regulations and requirements change.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to influence our long-term strategy for California.

⛳️ Requirements

• Resident of California with direct experience in Regional Centers or as a vendorized provider.

• Practical experience with the vendorization process.

• In-depth understanding of Regional Center funding, compliance, service codes, billing, SDP, and FMS.

• Ideally possess over 7 years of relevant experience across various Regional Centers.

• Capability to simplify complex regulations into manageable, scalable systems.
