• Spearheading B2B sales within your designated region, targeting builders, developers, designers, and contractors.
• Creating and overseeing project pipelines from initial lead through to closure—sourcing, bidding, tracking, and ensuring effective execution.
• Establishing extensive market knowledge and cultivating long-term client relationships through face-to-face visits and networking.
• Partnering with store-level PRO teams to promote success.
• Overseeing pricing, RFPs, and contracts, while utilizing Salesforce (CRM) for organization and management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside commercial sales (preferably in flooring or building materials).
• Knowledge of your local construction or design industry.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and navigating the bidding/RFP process.
• High energy, a consultative mindset, and a motivation to independently grow business.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion—this role encompasses the entire sales process.
