Regional College Relations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit students for participation in IES Abroad programs.

• Provide guidance, preparation, and support to students before their departure for IES Abroad programs.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with colleges and universities in the IES Abroad consortium across the U.S.

• Engage with a diverse group of prospective students while promoting the offerings of IES Abroad.

• Act as the primary advisor and contact for prospective students regarding IES Abroad.

• Assist in delivering documents to consulates for the processing of student visas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the study abroad sector; experience in higher education is preferred.

• Background in advising or working with students.

• Demonstrated success in recruitment, sales, or admissions within higher education.

• Previous personal experience studying abroad is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledgeable in database management (Experience with Salesforce is advantageous).

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver’s license and have the capability and willingness to drive as needed.

• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
