Regional Clinical Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead clinical strategy at scale for post-acute care.

• Direct the design, initiation, and growth of specialty consult services across various states.

• Collaborate with physician specialists, executive leaders, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and facility teams.

• Establish clinical protocols.

• Supervise quality metrics.

• Guide and mentor providers as well as develop advanced practice providers.

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple sites.

• Track and analyze dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations.

• Conduct root-cause analyses as necessary.

• Align specialty strategy, quality initiatives, workforce development, and operational execution.

• Provide support for consultative services in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, and other specialties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in good standing (multi-state preferred).

• Over 10 years of NP experience in post-acute long-term care (PALTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), or long-term acute care hospital (LTACH) settings.

• More than 5 years of experience in leadership, education, or program development.

• Clinical experience in cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, or infectious disease.

• Demonstrated success in building and leading nurse practitioner teams.

• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, documentation standards, and value-based care models.

• Proficient in EHR systems, dashboards, and care coordination platforms.

• Capability to operate at scale while empowering clinicians in the field.

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is highly preferred.
