National Accounts Lead Director, Clinical Program Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead a team consisting of approximately 7–8 Clinical Program Consultants.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of customer-facing CPC activities.

• Establish priorities and align resources according to the needs of Field partners and customers.

• Partner with Field leaders to bolster business retention and growth goals.

• Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.

• Engage directly with customers in a strategic advisory capacity as necessary.

• Collaborate with Aetna National Accounts Field Sales and Service personnel to identify customers who could benefit from clinical management programs.

• Assess drivers of medical, pharmacy, behavioral health, and disability trends.

• Recommend clinical programs and enhancements to manage trends and optimize return on investment.

• Advise clients on employee-base trends and customize cost-management strategies.

• Maximize both clinical and financial outcomes for customers.

• Identify and assist in addressing clinical program gaps.

• Navigate changing projects and priorities while mitigating negative outcomes.

• Act as a key resource on clinical programs for Aetna National Accounts.

• Assess performance through regular, timely feedback and support engagement, motivation, and team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including well-being, healthcare consulting, client reporting and analytics, clinical operations, and business management.

• At least 7 years of diverse clinical and well-being experience.

• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across teams.

• Previous experience in managing and/or leading teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
