This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the subject matter authority on California Regional Centers, DDS, Title 17, the Lanterman Act, vendorization, service codes, funding, SDP, and FMS.
• Assist franchisees in navigating vendorization, compliance obligations, audits, and intricate inquiries related to Regional Centers.
• Develop effective SOPs, templates, documentation standards, and systems for audit preparedness.
• Educate and guide franchisees as regulations and requirements change.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to influence the long-term strategy for California.
• Establish the compliance framework for Special Strong’s expansion in California.
• Must be a California resident; residency in CA is mandatory.
• Experience as a direct provider with Regional Centers or vendorized services.
• Practical experience with the vendorization process is essential.
• In-depth understanding of Regional Center funding, compliance, service codes, billing, SDP, and FMS.
• Ideally, 7+ years of pertinent experience across various Regional Centers.
• Capability to simplify complex regulations into straightforward, scalable systems.
